Participants then engage in a structured online executive review conversation to reflect on the action taken, the impact achieved and the next steps for sustained improvement. As part of the FLTL programme, each participant receives a dedicated 45-minute one-to-one mentoring session with Billy. This personalised session provides focused space to review the impact of their implementation work, reflect on leadership decisions and refine next steps for strengthening digital pedagogy. Discussion centres on practical progress, staff capability development and measurable improvement in teaching, learning and assessment. The session is confidential, constructive and strategically focused — designed to support sustained digital leadership beyond the programme itself.

Upon successful completion of the programme — including full attendance and delivery of the Implementation & Impact Challenge — participants are awarded a CPD Verified Certificate issued through the CPD Certification Service.
