Introduction
FLTL is a focused, face-to-face programme designed for leaders responsible for digital strategy, innovation and quality. It goes beyond tools and platforms to focus on the decisions leaders must make about culture, risk, quality and the ethical use of technology, including AI.

The programme is highly interactive, combining short expert inputs with team-based problem-solving, collaborative challenges and facilitated discussion. Structured reflection ensures learning is translated into action.
