FOR MIDDLE, SENIOR & EXECUTIVE LEADERS

Future Learning Technology Leadership (FLTL) Programme

A leadership programme for senior education professionals shaping the future of learning, technology and AI.

Introduction

FLTL is a focused, face-to-face programme designed for leaders responsible for digital strategy, innovation and quality. It goes beyond tools and platforms to focus on the decisions leaders must make about culture, risk, quality and the ethical use of technology, including AI.

The programme is highly interactive, combining short expert inputs with team-based problem-solving, collaborative challenges and facilitated discussion. Structured reflection ensures learning is translated into action.

Workshop Themes

Across two days, FLTL is structured around four core themes:

  • Digital leadership and future strategy

  • Culture, inclusion and ethical decision-making

  • Effective digital teaching, learning and assessment

  • Artificial intelligence, platforms and evidence-informed leadership

Day 1 – Strategy, Culture and Leadership Judgement
Explore the evolving digital landscape and the leadership decisions required in the age of AI. Examine how culture, inclusion and ethics shape successful digital change, using peer discussion, team challenges and guided reflection.

Day 2 – Practice, AI and Leading Change
Focus on application and impact: effective digital teaching, learning and assessment, evidence-informed decision-making, and leadership approaches to AI and learning platforms. The programme concludes with a practical leadership project and action planning.

End of Day 2: Drinks reception (informal networking and professional connection).
