I am a highly experienced education and technology professional with over two decades of leadership across the education sector, charities, public-sector organisations, and local government. Throughout my career, I have held a wide range of senior roles, including Head of e-Learning, National IT Education Manager, Group Assistant Principal and Chief Executive Officer. Since 2020, I have operated as an independent consultant, working with further education colleges, universities, and training providers to deliver curriculum design, strategy development, projects management, transformation initiatives and interim leadership support. My consultancy work is built on a commitment to achieving outcomes for clients, often stepping into pivotal roles to drive innovation, performance, and growth. I bring an exceptional ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams, with a deep understanding of the Further and Adult Education landscapes. Across my recent work, I have led the development of new curriculum pathways, secured substantial funding (over 2M) for digital innovation projects, designed industry-linked enrichment programmes, and delivered strategic reviews to position organisations for long-term success.
