Introduction
Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about me. I hope you will find the information useful and discover opportunities for us to collaborate.
I work with education leaders to turn ambitious ideas into practical, sustainable action. With over 20 years’ experience across teaching, senior leadership and executive roles, I bring a clear understanding of the realities of leading change in further and adult education. My focus is on curriculum, digital strategy and emerging technologies, always grounded in purpose, learner experience and what will genuinely work in practice.
I am driven by a strong commitment to the FE sector and its ability to change lives, often with limited resource. I support organisations to improve quality, build capability and deliver meaningful impact, combining strategic insight with hands-on, pragmatic support that helps teams move confidently from plans to delivery.
