This must demonstrate tangible progress — whether through clearer governance, improved alignment, disciplined prioritisation or strengthened executive ownership. Participants then engage in a structured online executive review conversation. During this professional interview, they reflect on the action taken, the impact achieved and the next strategic steps. This ensures accountability and sustained transformation momentum.

Each DSTL participant receives a dedicated 45-minute one-to-one executive mentoring session with Billy. This session provides structured time to review strategic implementation, assess progress against agreed priorities and examine the effectiveness of leadership decisions taken since the workshop. Attention is given to governance clarity, executive alignment and measurable indicators of transformation. The mentoring conversation is confidential and strategically focused, ensuring that digital strategy translates into disciplined and sustained organisational movement.
