ICCD moves curriculum thinking into practical application. Following the workshop, each participant undertakes a defined curriculum-focused action within their area of responsibility. This should demonstrate visible progress in strengthening industry alignment, refining provision or improving responsiveness to labour market demand. Participants then take part in a structured online executive review conversation to reflect on the implementation, impact and next stage of development. This ensures curriculum decisions are enacted, evaluated and embedded.

As part of the ICCD programme, each participant benefits from a dedicated 45-minute one-to-one mentoring session with Billy. This session is used to review the impact of curriculum actions implemented, evaluate employer alignment and refine strategic curriculum decisions. The discussion focuses on measurable curriculum shifts, industry responsiveness and long-term provision planning. The mentoring conversation is professional, confidential and outcome-focused, supporting leaders to embed meaningful curriculum change with confidence.

Upon successful completion of the programme — including full attendance and delivery of the Implementation & Impact Challenge — participants are awarded a CPD Verified Certificate issued through the CPD Certification Service. This independent verification provides formal recognition of professional development and confirms the programme meets recognised continuing professional development standards.
